Definition of terms

Accepted order - an order that led to the consultation of the Client by the Client and / or the signing of an agreement between the Client and the Client. By purchasing services, Users enter into contractual relationships with Suppliers

Intellectual property

Responsibility

Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising under these Terms of Service or related to them are resolved through negotiations between the Parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it is resolved in court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. Validity period, amendments and termination These Rules come into effect and come into force from the moment they are published on the Contractor's website and accepted by the User, and are valid during the period of existence of such a publication. Changes and additions can be made by the Contractor at any time unilaterally by publishing a new version of the Rules on the Contractor's website. The user is considered to be duly notified of the changes and additions from the date of publication of the new version of the Rules. In case of disagreement with the changes and / or additions made, the User is obliged to stop Using the Service. If in the actions of the user there are signs of illegality and / or inconsistency with the provisions of these Rules, the Contractor reserves the right, at its sole discretion and unilaterally, to terminate the contractual relationship with the User.

Other provisions

All issues that are not regulated by these provisions of the Service Rules, or are not fully settled, are regulated in accordance with the norms of the material law of Ukraine and the customs of business turnover. The Contractor does not assume any obligations in relation to the subject of the Service Rules, except for those specified in the provisions of the Service Rules and cases when such obligations are fixed in writing and signed by the Parties. If any provisions of the Rules of the Service are found invalid or those that do not meet the legislation of Ukraine, or cannot come into effect in accordance with the legislation in force in Ukraine, such provisions should be removed from the Rules of the Service and replaced with new provisions that are most consistent the initial intentions that are contained in the Terms of Service, while other provisions of the Terms of Service do not change and remain legally binding.
