"V-Center Ltd." is one of the largest tanneries producing genuine leather in Ukraine.

The company has been operating since September 2014.

The production was established on the territory of Voznesensk tannery.

About 70 million dm² of vegetable and chrome tanned finished products is produced annually.

The number of workers is about 250 people.

Work experience – since 1978.

Our company specializes in the production of genuine leather for:

• haberdashery products;
• lining and belts;
• shoe upper.

One of our production directions is production of waterproof "Goretex" standard leather in Ukraine – waterproofness and vapor permeability guarantee of the finished product. Our partners include leading European chemical manufacturers whose products fully comply with REACH standards – a regulation of the European Union that monitors circulation of chemicals in Europe and is aimed at improving protection of human health and the environment by identifying all substances and excluding banned chemicals. Our tannery produces genuine leather and supplies finished products not only to the domestic market, but also to the neighboring countries and beyond, including: Italy, Israel, USA, Moldova, Germany, Kazakhstan, Estonia, etc.

Our clients are such well-known manufacturers as: Grisport S.p.A., Diadora S.p.A., Mondeox SPA, Garsport S.r.l., “Talanlegprom  LLC”, “Ukrainian Industrial Company  “Krok” LLC”, "RIF-1 LLC" (Inblu), TM “MIDA” and others. Since 2015, our products have been used for making footwear for the Ukrainian army.

In 2018 our company was certified according to the following international standards:

• We use specific treatment facilities to reduce the amount of CO₂ emissions and purify wastewater. Moreover, the experts of our company regularly introduce new technologies in this area.
• The company carries out a careful selection of raw materials, thus ensuring production of a high-quality product.
• A huge advantage of the company is availability of a modern certified laboratory with all necessary equipment to check the quality of products ensured by daily quality control of our leather.
• Today we have several official representations in Kharkiv, Lviv, Dnipro and Kyiv each of which has its own showroom and warehouse where the main assortment of our company is presented.

Production of genuine leather is a very labor-intensive and time-consuming process that requires a careful approach and a high level of professionalism. The main raw material for production of our finished leather is cattle hides. All hides for our production are preliminarily subjected to a mandatory multi-stage check, thus ensuring selection of the raw materials of better quality and eliminating the risk of low-quality or infected raw materials entering the tannery.

In general, genuine leather production cycle consists of the following processes:

• soaking and liming processes;
• pre-tanning and tanning processes;
• dyeing and fatliquoring processes;
• finishing processes

After all these stages, the finished product is forwarded to a separate laboratory to be certified for compliance with the technical specifications and international standards by checking all indicators of leather quality. During the check, our leather is subject to a series of chemical and mechanical tests. The quality of our leather is checked at every stage of production, from purchasing raw materials to finishing.
