GENUINE LEATHER IS ALWAYS IN FASHION
Genuine leather remains popular all over the world – it is a strong and durable material that can be flexible and soft. For example, in Ukraine, most footwear is made from this material. Genuine leather is also in great demand in the production of leather haberdashery – from bags and gloves to belts and wallets.
What new products are presented by leading manufacturers and how do they ensure high quality and competitiveness of their products?
Leather clothing was widely represented in the fall-winter 2019-2020 collections by many famous fashion designers: from Christian Dior, Giorgio Armani, Prada and Louis Vuitton to Alexander McQueen, Stella Mccartney, Tom Ford and Hermes. Such famous brands as Zara, Stradivarius, Massimo Dutti, Mango and many others have also included genuine leather products in their winter and spring collections. The requirements for the quality of genuine leather are constantly increasing – this applies to both technical characteristics and appearance, and above all, the color range and texture of the material. Therefore, leading manufacturers are constantly working to expand the range and comply with the highest international quality standards.

“Among the footwear textures which are in demand most of all this spring is Floater leather (Cameo), as well as smooth leather (Venta and Detroit). Crazy Horse, as well as Nubuck, have been constant favorite ones for many years. As for the color range, the most popular are white, beige and red. But the black color remains the leader, and brown is also popular for nubuck leather. There are two more interesting colors – olive and burgundy” stated Andriy Shevchenko, Director of “V-Center Ltd.”
