Coated Leather - What Is It?

Coating dyeing is the application of a coating to the front surface of the dye, which will protect it from moisture, mechanical and chemical influences, as well as give a beautiful appearance.

There are many types of coating, the most common are:

Lacquer - applied during the production of the article Lacquer;
Grease coating - applied during the production of the article Crazy Horse;
Polyurethane - applied in the production of the article Coated Spilok;
Emulsion coating - applied for many articles with coating dyeing.

How is the coating applied?

At V-Center LTD the coating is applied on Barnini coating dyeing lines, on "GEMATA" rollers and for some samples the coating is applied manually in special booths.
